11. Payment & Commercial Terms
Fees and payment obligations are governed by client contracts or statements of work.
12. Service Availability
Services are provided on a best-effort basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
14. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
